ugh, sunday nights

So I liked In Plain Sight. Not the greatest show ever, but fun and I did laugh out loud more than once. I'll give it a shot, especially for now considering there's nothing else on.

Overall had a good weekend. chanel19 was in town so Friday night was dinner and hanging out, then yesterday we went with oeilade, divanoir, and C.'s friend D. to the Met to see the Superhero exhibit. It was pretty cool, though I kind of wish it had been larger. Highlights included Lynda Carter's Wonder Woman outfit (which has faded to purple), Christian Bale's Batman costume and one of Robert Downey Jr.'s Iron Man getups. Oh, and they had a Thierry Mugler motorcycle corset and we were going nuts trying to remember where we'd seen it before. A music video? Or a movie? Help me, internets! Then after dinner we went back to C. and D.'s hotel room and watched the first three episodes of BSG season one on the 42" screen. It was awesome. I'm like a dealer, I swear. (Thought inspired by watching: what if the Olympic Carrier carried the universe's last tailor? It would explain Lee's lone suit!)

Today was lazy day. Oh, and I killed a warrior ant in my BEDROOM. UGH. That had better not be a harbinger of things to come.

That's all I've got. I have a shitty, shitty week ahead of me (except for Thursday night) so am trying to mentally prepare.
