why i love carrie fisher
Feb. 6th, 2009 12:28 amThe way she uses language. From her latest blog entry:
My brother and I were raised with the epic, mesmerizing (to us) story of how we came to be. According to my mother, I was the love child—–conceived when my parents were still riding the warm wave of romantic love. And he was the child she managed to extract from my disinterested father’s penis so that I could have company.
LOL. And later:
By the time Todd was born, my father was consoling Elizabeth Taylor’s heartbreak over the loss of her husband and father of her child, and namesake of my brother, Mike Todd. Eddie consoled Elizabeth the one way he knew how—- with his trusty, grief eliminating child inseminating penis.
I heart her.
