and THE WORST SINUS HEADACHE OF MY LIFE (or maybe it's a full-on migraine. Or both.)

and you have my day: spent entirely in bed. OMG so miserable. I stayed home today (obviously) and may have to stay home tomorrow as well. Having trouble remembering the last time I felt this awful. My head hurts so much that my upper jaw hurts. No, really. Like, my teeth and gums are killing me. It's so bizarre.

Whimper. Just wanted to complain. I finally got up at 8 PM and I'm trying to stay up for a couple hours until I can take a Tylenol PM and go back to sleep. Again.

sounds like sinus considering you are congested. also, the jaw and gums thing.

just keep sleeping until you can hold your head up. and fluids. lots of fluids, esp while the fever is still running.

Have you tried a nettie pot before? I think they really help, but it's not the most pleasant feeling when you're doing it.
