The Haven Coalition helps women who need to come to NYC for 2nd-trimester abortions - they have a network of volunteers to provide lodging and transportation to/from a clinic.

There's also the National Network of Abortion Funds that lists similar groups as well as groups that offer funding to pay for abortions.

None of which will help if what you need is the procedure now banned, of course.
