US Air's customer service has long been along the lines of "hey, we let you buy a ticket, didn't we?"

HA. Yeah, that was pretty much how it went. "Customer service" chick was all "Wow, you're giving me the third," when [livejournal.com profile] oeilade dared to ask a couple questions.
