They just delayed my Dell shipment AGAIN, by ANOTHER week.

If it wasn't such a good deal I would cancel the order at this point. But I can't find anything else on the web for even close.

I ordered it in FEBRUARY. At the time they told me my ship date was March 25, so it was already going to take a while, but now they're telling me a MONTH later than that. GRRRRRRRRR.

Will do. The problem is that as part of the deal I'm getting a 20-inch monitor. I can find a comparably priced tower, but not a deal with the big monitor attached.

I read the riot act to them when they delayed mine. Their push-back date would have meant it woudn't arrive in time for my vacation, during which I had planned to write. I explained that it would totally ruin my vacation, I'd cancel the order, etc. They actually "expedited" my order and the laptop arrived (rush without extra charge) with a couple of days to spare before my flight...

Dell is redefining their social media efforts to include customer service. If you're on Facebook, I'd be very vocal on one of their fan pages. You're likely to get a quick response there. Someone (Richard or Janet or someone) will reach out to you.
