They just delayed my Dell shipment AGAIN, by ANOTHER week.

If it wasn't such a good deal I would cancel the order at this point. But I can't find anything else on the web for even close.

DAMMIT.

Dell is redefining their social media efforts to include customer service. If you're on Facebook, I'd be very vocal on one of their fan pages. You're likely to get a quick response there. Someone (Richard or Janet or someone) will reach out to you.
