too much mozzarella but what a way to go
Dec. 9th, 2006 01:07 amHad a lovely evening with the visiting
juliedarling and
careyleah and the local
trjeannette, who I met for the first time. Excellent Italian food was consumed and then specialty martinis were sampled. There's nothing like going to a New York bar early and having the entire place to yourself. Anyway, it was much fun, and discussion ranged from TV boys to the 2008 presidential election to LJ sockpuppets, and really, what's not to love about that.
As a result I came home buzzed and may still be a little tipsy if my current trouble typing is any indication. Is that why I found tonight's BSG so boring? Possible, but I doubt it. ( And I'm supposed to care because... )
Also, I just realized that the Cylon baseship reminds me of the disco in Buck Rogers. *gigglesnerk*
There's this Christmas album consisting of songs sung by different stars of ABC Daytime, which I have to say is freaking brilliant because it is right up that demographic's alley, and I guarantee it's selling really well. But I just want the Scott Clifton track (even if it is Little Drummer Boy, my least favorite Xmas song ever), and you can't buy it as a single on iTunes, you can only buy the album. This vexes me. (If you want a good laugh, go listen to the sample of Susan Lucci singing I'll Be Home For Christmas. OMG.)
New York got new boobs. o.O
I'm pretty sure I had a dream involving Danny Tripp last night, but I can't remember it. Not cool, brain.
