Very crazy stressful day at work, wrapped up in all these niggling details on a project, and said niggling details kept me from working on a different project, and by the end of the day I was on the verge of a panic attack about that different project. Not cool. I did manage to calm myself down a bit, but I'm still preoccupied about it. Which doubly sucks since I have Monday off. Grrr.
On the plus side I had dinner with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
leftofcenternyc and the visiting bexatious and lora_elisabeth, so that was good. I'd never met Lora before and she was just as adorable as I'd assumed she would be. And the restaurant was kickin' some old school 80s tunes -- "Easy Lover!" Suh-weet. Tomorrow I'm going to meet up with them and kiss_me_cassie for brunch for me, lunch for everyone else (heh) before heading up to the parents' for the familial Easter obligation.
Another plus: I finally watched The Hills finale, and at least I'm not Heidi. That's something.

I also watched 24; and didn't think it was as bad as everyone else seemed to. Maybe because I watched it later and on the computer? *g* It wasn't great, either, of course. I think the main problems are two things: there hasn't been enough badass Jack action, and Powers Boothe sucks. I hate to say it, but I think Jack needs to torture someone. Hey, I'm not proud! But it's true, I think. Sigh.
Oh, I keep forgetting thatmarakara found a press release somewhere stating that Tim Gunn is definitely returning for season four of Project Runway. YAY!
kelbelle got me addicted to Weboggle and I'm ready to kill her for it.
Oh no, Chumley's is closed indefinitely! Okay, I haven't been there in over a year, but it's the principle of the thing. I hope they salvage it; it would be a shame to lose that piece of New York history. (It used to be a speakeasy and legend has it it's where the term to "86" someplace originated.)
