Well, the Gilmore Girls crew didn't know for sure if this season finale would also be the series finale, and yet, they managed to put together one of the most perfect series finales ever, I think. I am happy and sad and most of all, wistful. ( So long, and thanks for all the oy with the poodles already. )
I don't have much to say about American Idol -- it was entertaining, and they were all good, and I wasn't going to vote, and then I decided why not, and then I found out that the contestants had recorded their own "Thank you for voting" messages, so I voted for everyone to listen. Hee. I really think it could go just about any way, tomorrow, Will be interesting to see how it shakes out.

Today was Free Scoop day at Haagen-Dazs, where they were supposed to be handing out free scoops of their two new flavors, Cinnamon Dulce de Leche and Sticky Toffee Pudding. I went to the crap pseudo place near work, which is really just a cart inside a KFC/Dunkin Donuts, figuring they wouldn't be doing it, and they were handing out free scoops....of cookies and cream. LOLOLOL. Didn't have either of the new flavors. I give them props for giving out free ice cream anyway. It was take the cookies and cream or schelp way the hell out of my way to try to find the other flavors, so I just took the cookies and cream and liked it. Hee.

As for Jerry Falwell -- all I can say is that if there really is a heaven and a hell, he's probably pretty surprised right about now.
