(no subject)

BOTH vets are out today. WTF. The one place is going to have someone else call me back though. I'm going to wait here for that call and then maybe go home after that. Have a feeling there's nothing they can tell me right now anyway.

ETA: Just spoke to someone (I think it was a nurse) at the vet and she said it sounds to her like it was most likely just a bit of vomit, possibly brought on by stress (there's definitely stress -- vet on Monday, then last night she was convinced she was going to the vet again, because instead of settling in for the night I was dressed and waiting for twinparadox, and now TP is here and staying over, etc.), and that if she seems the same otherwise, it may not be a big deal and I should just monitor her and see if it happens again or if something else happens.

So hopefully it was just a one-time thing and I don't need to lose my mind. I'm going to try to stay here for a while and leave a little early this afternoon. Thanks for keeping me company during my freak-out.

So the cat seems okay -- at least, same as always. Whatever she did, she hasn't done again as far as I know. So that's good. The vet I saw on Monday is back in the office on Sunday, and she still owes me lab results, so I figure I'll call on Sunday for the results and mention this incident to her and see what she says. *sigh* Hopefully it was a one-time thing.

Very glad for the wonderful distraction of Lost tonight. Oh, Lost. I love you so. ( Very brief thoughts. )

Eli Stone was pretty meh. Liked the George Michael appearances, though.

Only flipped to the debate very, very briefly during commercials, so sadly I missed the shots of Bradley in the audience. If anyone has caps, please let me know.
