dilemmas, i have them

I have a scheduled day off tomorrow as I need to use up a couple carryover vacation days that expire at the end of March. Great, right? Especially since I JUST got home from my parents', gah. The thing is, all up and down my block right now are signs saying NO PARKING MONDAY and ROAD REPAIR 6 AM TO 6 PM. So it's likely that while I am home tomorrow, it's going to be quite loud in here. Which makes me think, maybe I should just go into work. On the other hand, I don't think there's another day I can take off this week, and I'm already taking 3/31 off, so I would pretty much lose a vacation day. It's conceivable I could talk my boss into some taking-it-another-time shenanigans, but I really hate the thought of a five-day work week this week if I can avoid it. So, my friends, I ask you...
