Well, that didn't go the way I'd hoped. Vet wants to take the mass out immediately, so as long as her bloodwork checks out, she'll be going into surgery on Wednesday. They'll also do x-rays then to see if anything has spread to her lungs, which scares the hell out of me.

He basically added as an afterthought "but it might be something benign." Thanks buddy.

So all I can do is cross my fingers and hope. :(
