I know that Jim has been quite pleased with what he's seen/read of it so far. Despite some casting decisions that make my teeth hurt (Murphy is now Latina and Susan Rodriguez is a white blonde), I'm told the people behind the show love the books and want to do right by them. I'll definitely be checking it out, even though I anticipate being aggravated by every change they make.
