Unfortunately, I can practically assure you the Texans had no idea what "kugel" is.
I'm convinced at least 20% of the bad driving in DC and likely a similiar percentage in NYC comes from out of towners who're so convinced everyone else is going to drive crazily that they do it preemptively. "No, really, Martha, Bob told me when he was here in '87 that if you don't drive DE-fensively they'll run you right off the road! It's 'cuz of all them foreigners.".
