It's usually 39 minutes of egotistical blathering for the thirty seconds of information I actually care about--like last week I learned that Katee Sackhoff did the EoJ painting in Kara's apartment. Although, this week I found it incredibly, hysterically funny in light of the episode content that Ron Moore's wife came in during the podcast to yell at him about smoking. heeheeehee (And if I can't stand him, that goes double for her. Geez.)
