Someone told me that DC knew there was a possibility Katee might cancel quite far in advance and just didn't mention it. And the girl hasn't had a break since filming began for both shows so she was probably overdue for a vacay.
But blaming the freaks is fuuuuun. /whines I'm sure you're right though.
