Had a crappy day at work today -- crappy enough that I had McDonald's for lunch. Sigh. Luckily there was good news here and there to lighten the mood.

[livejournal.com profile] gnomi and [livejournal.com profile] mabfan have dubbed me Radio Free Dianora and that makes me immeasurably happy.

NBC has officially added Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip to its fall lineup, not that there was any doubt, but confirmation is always nice. Still no word on whether they ordered only 13 or upped it to a full season; will probably have to wait for the upfronts for that.

The TWoP Now or Never shirts for this month are cooler than usual -- there's a Doctor Who shirt, and a Dharma Initiative shirt I'm seriously considering getting. There's also a Prison Break shirt, but you apparently have to read the recaps to get the joke, so, screw that.

I keep forgetting to mention this, but did you hear that the next season of Project Runway is going to air this SUMMER? More Tim Gunn is on the way! Now THAT is good news.

All I really have to say about Survivor tonight is HA HA. And Cirie's husband is high-larious.

My Name Is Earl had an exquisite pop culture reference tonight: "He looked kind of like E.T. when they found him by the river." OMGSOFUNNY. I love that show.

Did anyone watch GH today? Because that fantasy sequence started out SO STUPID, that I was cringing, and then when I realized Patrick was in every one I was laughing my ass off. Well played, GH. And I don't say that to you very often. I think I'm just blinded by my love of Robin/Patrick, who were so cute today I couldn't even stand it.

On a more upsetting note, today my co-worker said the M Word to me. He said, "It's all about the sexual tension. Once they get together it's all over, like on Moonlighting."

And, um, I screamed. Yeah. Good thing I have an office instead of a cubicle.

The capper is, we were talking about -- wait for it -- I DREAM OF JEANNIE. No, really. In any case, I don't think he'll be attempting that argument with me again. Ahem.

I've retired my Austin Scarlett squee! icon, so Tim will have to do :) This is VERY exciting news. Yes, I am way too excited to hear that.

You know, I *loved* the fantasy sequence. LOVED. Robin's was sort of awesome because she does want him so much, and then the doctor lady's was funny and then it was just awesome. The music, the lighting, everyone's ball of cheese. SO FABULOUS. Emily and Robin both work my last nerve, but during the whole drunken outing scenes, I was fond of both of them.

Though I can come around to Robin when she's with Patrick, so I'm a big fan of their relationship.

I think I get too easily embarrassed when actors have to do something cheesy. I have a tough time loosening up and going with the flow. Once I did, I was roaring.

Awww, I heart Robin. How much of that is due to watching her since she was a wee one, I don't know. I know a lot of people don't like her, though. And I'm completely with you on the Emily hate. Ugh.

Gah, why can't the Moonlighting thing DIE ALREADY? I bet you learned 'im but good! (Did you know that Nick Lachey thinks Moonlighting was the best tv show ever? I learned that in Rolling Stone. Also, he has a 'masculine cry'.) And I sort of like it when Jeannie and Major Nelson were married. Is that weird?

Nick Lachey has good taste. Well, except when it comes to women, of course.

And I sort of like it when Jeannie and Major Nelson were married. Is that weird?

NO BECAUSE THEY WERE TOTALLY CUTE AND AWESOME. (One of my first ships, yo.)

I AM TOTALLY SHOCKED THAT YOU WOULD FEEL THAT WAY. (Hee.) Okay then, is it weird that I still get kind of peeved thinking about the "Fifteen Years Later" movie?

No, because that was a big ball of wrong.

Very, very happy with that Tribal Council outcome.

*MINOR SPOILER*
Terry's still a punkass, but Aras' whining about mommy made me want to punch him.

I also hope you argued with him that Jeannie was sexist reaction to Bewitched (which had its sexist issues too but not to the level of Jeannie).

I took way too many media course in college.

Robin and Patrick are adorable, but I hope they stop doing the same pattern over and over again like it's been for the past few weeks. And the fantasy sequence CRACKED me up.

The Lost link is dead. :(

OMG, you must stop supporting the evil TWoP machine!

Soooo excited for new Runway! I can't believe they filmed while Parsons was in session.

That's annoying. Maybe they made him take it down. Oh well. Removed the link, thanks for the heads-up.

I KNOW, Julie, but I am a CONSUMER WHORE. I cannot help myself.

And yeah, Tim must have had a hella busy spring. Poor guy.

I thought it was really strange that no one was talking about PR season three when it's SO CLOSE. Fandom's ways are not to be fathomed by mere mortals.

I can so believe that you screamed. Wish I had been there to see.

I REALLY need to start watching My Name is Earl, because I love Jason Lee. I love everything he's ever done. Even Dreamweaver. :(
