That was....kind of underwhelming, I thought. And I say that with the qualifier that I thought it was absolutely fantastic that we got to find out what happened with Michael. But somehow it didn't wow me. They also confused the hell out of me with that crappy old car Michael tried to kill himself in, I was assuming it was a flashback up until "Libby" showed up. And his old school TV, with all the VHS tapes....did he travel back in time? WTF. I did love Sayid being his awesome self of awesomeness. Do not fuck with Sayid! And I still can't figure out if Desmond remembers everything about the island now or not. Anyone? Help a girl out?

Killing Danielle = not cool, even though I, like Karl, had a bad feeling about that. Woe. Alex taking ownership of her dad was an interesting moment.

Oh, and so Aaron IS one of the Oceanic Six, at least as far as the ABC promo department is concerned!

Overall, not a bad episode, but I wish this hadn't been the last one before the "hiatus," either. Oh well.

TiVo alert for those who haven't heard: apparently Jamie Bamber, Katee Sackhoff, and Tricia Helfer are going to be on Best Week Ever tomorrow night. I can't take all this BSG stuff, it's destroying my attention span at work brain.

[livejournal.com profile] juliedarling alerted me to a picture of Adrianne Curry looking suspiciously...full-figured. I can only hope this means season three is on the way.

Great Kristof editorial on why Obama's speech was important, and hard for people to hear.

Dick Cheney doesn't care what the public thinks about Iraq. I know that shocks you.

You might want to read this about anti-Semites attempting to co-opt tomorrow's LJ boycott if you're thinking of participating. I'm busy all day and evening tomorrow, so wouldn't be posting anyway. ;)

Work continues to be crazy and soul-sucking. I anticipate it letting up a bit some time around May. *deep breaths*

They've killed so many damn people on this show that I didn't even realize until reading your post that Danielle was the "big death" from last week's preview. I was too busy being re-sad that they killed off M.C. Gainey last season.

On the plus side, maybe Danielle dying means Jin lives?

They really, *really* should have made the Desmond episode the one before the hiatus. That would have sent everyone off on a high note.

I'm not happy about Danielle dying. But this is Lost, and that's the island--we no longer know for sure that being killed means that someone is dead. it's comic booky, and not in a good way.

I was completely blah about this. Reading foilers didn't help.

I was wondering that about Desmond myself.

There's a boycott? Why do I never know about these things?
