Wow, I had SO MUCH to do today and only did a fraction of it. But boy, did I play a lot of Crazy Taxi. (Bex, if you ever see me play Crazy Taxi, you will understand why I suck at Mario Kart. LOL.) That game is evil. I also watched the most recent episode of Real Chance of Love which marked a new milestone in reality television challenges: staging a bar fight and police interrogation to find out which girls will not turn in their man to the cops. What was really interesting was seeing which girls clearly had experience in the police interrogation area. OMG. It was fucked up, and for that show, that's saying something. But then Real wore a shower cap into the hot tub and it was the funniest thing I'd ever seen and all was forgiven.
So, happiness meme:
Day Seven:
I watched Real Chance of Love and Rock of Love: Charm School on the DVR and they both filled me with trainwreck glee.
And this cake disaster made me giggle. I am indebted to
ann_m_lewis for introducing me to
cakewrecks, which is nonstop hilarity.
Oh, this made me happy too, courtesy of
lolobama:
What did not make me happy was the Miser Brothers Christmas on ABC Family tonight. Laaaaaaaame. Really, if you're not going to be tripping on acid when you write these scripts, don't even bother.
In other news: wow, Kate Walsh is getting divorced. Apparently getting married six months after you met isn't the best course of action sometimes, who knew?
Man held captive by ghost for three days. They seriously need to get Jason and Grant on the case.
The Bush administration continues to do their best to destroy the planet as much as possible before leaving office. The latest is relaxing endangered species protection. Nice.
And a heartbreaking account from a middle school teacher about how more and more of her kids are showing up without lunch because their parents can't afford it, etc. She suggests ways to donate to schools so I may have to look into that around here. A really touching and affecting story about the most innocent victims in all this.
OK, let's end with something more fun. Someone posted the new Wolverine trailer. Check it out while it lasts.
