Which one are you playing?! I've been obsessed with beating "Through the Fire and the Flames" on Guitar Hero III on expert for MONTHS, and I still haven't had any luck.

Guitar Hero III. I can't beat Lou on Medium. Instead I'm just going back and trying to get at least four stars on all the songs on Medium before trying Lou again, LOL AAAARGH.

I had much more trouble beating Slash. Somehow I beat Lou on the first try. I'm playing World Tour right now, with just the guitar instead of the whole band.

I've been in that position. I was obsessed with getting 100% on all the medium songs on GHII to distract from the fact that I can't reach the orange button and therefore suck hard at hard.

Awh. My son couldn't stop playing when we first got GHII, so don't feel bad. He can totally kick my ass at it, so I don't even bother playing. I suck hardcore. :X Glad you're having fun, though! That's the important part. :D
