Some random notes on BSG auction items:

Who is going to bid on this? I mean, I understand wanting it in theory for the LULZ, but....seriously? It even comes with the fake belly.

Item that made me laugh the hardest: Baltar's Cylon Torture Outfit (their words, not mine). Complete with blood spatter on the shoulder where he was bleeding out his ear. CLASSY.

Um, someone should tell the auction runners that this photo is just a little more significant than they think it is. That's going to go for mad money, I think.

I think they're also vastly underestimating the worth of this particular object.

This is pure hilarity. Can you use it as an actual tub? Because in that case, sign me up.

Hey em_meredith, I know Kara's hoodie will go for a crazy amount of money, but you can always bid on Dee's instead. I'm sure it will be a bargain! *eg*

I notice that Lee's suit is not among the auction items. Either the wife talked him into stealing it for himself, or he was so sick of wearing it by the end that he burned it.

But what I want, personally, is this. Simple, subtle, easily displayed. Not that I have the money to shell out for it. Sigh.

So what do we think will go for the most money? My bet's on the Cylon Raider.

OK, I could post more but let's face the truth, I want to play a little Guitar Hero before I go to bed. I'm up to the prison board on Hard, woot.

I would second your "classy!" comment about the Baltar torture outfit if I weren't seriously considering a bid on the Torture Beach concept art. I have... problems.

And I am having way too much fun just staring at this catalog, having deep WTF moments and noticing all the things they are underestimating. So, you know, this entry made me smile and feel less aloooone.

Ohhh I'd love to get Kara's grey hoodie, but an estimate of 3000-4000 seems like a little bit too much... though I'd totally bid on it if had that amount of money to spare :)
