Hey, so I'm kind of drowning in anxiety and stress ahead of my trip, so I'm just coming here to say Lost was great and a mindfuck as usual (Hurley's t-shirt FTW) and I am so happy that it's back. Also, Sayid's hair is really pretty. And Aaron is cute but my nephew is cuter. How is he not a Hollywood star, I ask you? And I still love Desmond and Penny a lot. Finally, what is up with Sun?

Oh, also: Look at this fucking president. (And Chief of Staff.) Great Oval Office photos. It's all very West Wing.

And because of crazy people, Chief Justice Roberts readministered the oath of office to Obama today. Jumpin' Jesus on a pogo stick.

I am happy that I Love You Philip Morris is getting good reviews. About time Ewan was in a movie worth seeing. :P

I'm happy that at least Roberts admitted it was his screw up. Good Lord man. Just memorize the damn thing. I thought the President handled it gracefully, but I'll admit, my biggest fear was that someone would try to use that as part of some great conspiracy theory. At least there's historical precident, so that helps.

And am I the only one who hopes he dumps that Sunshine carpet in the oval? I've always hated that thing.

Last night Colbert said that whomever was on tv at 12:00 on the dot was legally President (since the oath was messed up), and according to him, Yo Yo Ma was on tv at that time so you just got your first Asian-American President.

I'm so glad Lost is back. Sayid's hair...L. kept talking about imagining him standing in front of the mirror in the morning with his blow dryer and round brush. In other news, I'm afraid I'm going to get attached to Daniel and Charlotte and then her brain's going to melt. C'est la vie, I guess.

Seeing as how people were pointing out possible court objections to the botched Oath, I too am glad it was readministered.

And I'm assuming you had a prior West Wing moment when they announced Yo-yo Ma at the Inauguration. I couldn't help it - "Yo-yo Ma rules!" No one at work got my joke.

Okay... Shot 10 of 12 in that list made me grin a bit. I knew that President Obama was left handed, but if you notice the way that the signature on the pen has been printed... it will only work for people who ARE left handed... if you are right handed and hold it and look down at the pen, it will be upside down :D Much like every other bloody pen I use is for me if there are words on it, being left handed myself :D
