I do not like having to spend so much of my time worrying that there will not be another season of 24 because Kiefer Sutherland will be in jail. Dammit, Kiefer!

I am gratified to find that the internet at large is generally in agreement with me about the travesty of last night's AI results. I especially loved this delightfully vicious recap of the live taping by Whitney Pastorek, in which she also reveals how both Paula and No Doubt were taped the night before.

I enjoyed this Lee vid even if I kind of averted my eyes from the finale scenes.

I am finally excited about a soap opera couple for the first time in a long time (see icon), and the actress is leaving at the end of the summer. DAMMIT.

I thought Rescue Me was great this week. Oh, Sean.

I do not feel like going to my parents' house this weekend. At least the nephew will be there.

I still feel woefully behind on pretty much everything.

I gave up on Rescue Me after not letting 5 eps pile up on the TiVo with no interest to watch them. But I love Sean. Should I watch it? I'm pretty sure I could catch up with watching all the other eps...

Enjoy your time with the nephew! My son always wants to know if there are picks of "the other little boy my age" when I am on LJ. He always gets so happy when there are, and jumps up and down chanting "Look! There he is!" :)

I am loving Rescue Me this season. Everyone has been incredible with the 9/11 stuff - Lou, Tommy, Sheila.

I was so ready to be done with Sheila - she's been so annoying for so long, but she killed it this week. I hope this new, clear-headed Sheila sticks around.

Yeah, it's hard sometimes to watch the 9/11 stuff, but it's made for some really great material. And Sheila annoys the crap out of me but Callie Thorne knocked it out of the park this week. I would love to see Sheila finally grow up.

I know that somehow they will make the Sean storyline both heartbreaking and hilarious. Oh, Sean. :(
